xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx In 1998, I introduced a Proofing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSolutions BESTcolor (EFI) to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  Sweden, a software RIP that could simulate an offset print with an ink-jet printer. Now you could see a brochure or folder before it was printed, which saved both time and money.

1985 I started working with computer graphics. Invested in a Dicomed D38, Imaginator workstation and the D148C color film recorder (in the background),

In 1992, I started photographing digitally in my studio with ProgRes 3008® camera and from 1996 with a Kontron ProgRes 3012®. The images gamut was huge (for that time) with a image size up to 32 Mb.

Note that the camera lacks a viewfinder!

The image was mirrored on the computer screen and when the image was vibrating, the subject
was in focus. Having a large
monitor screen as a viewfinder
was quite useful when I would
photograph for an advertisement.
Made a sketch of the ad on plastic
film that was attached to the monitor screen so I were able to place the product exactly in the ad.

1986 I sold my company and I took a year
off by working as an art director and
photographer in Japan and Italy for
Victor Hasselblad AB.

Produced a 14 (single screen)
slide show to the world premiere of
the Hasselblad PCP 80 Slide Projector
on Photokina in Cologne/Khöln Germany

Nils Gunnebro´s Sound studio1991

In 1987, I started a new studio for corporate and product presentations with a sound studio, 2 and 3D computer graphics, MGI Solitaire 4K film recorder with 4x5 and 35 film backs. Develop machinery for Kodak processes E6 and R3 and a computerized TC 1800 camera from David Trotter.

For the last 25 years (1994) I have also run a business to business (B2B) agency focusing on electric technology wholesale and medicine technical companies.

Today I work with floral portraits under the slogan:

My flowers are like prima donnas!

They want to be in the spotlight and get all the attention.

I want to relate me respectfully to each flower's peculiarity.

That's why I spent considerable time into lighting.

My ambition is shaping every flower in such a way that

the flower's beauty is emphasized.

I introduced 2001 the ProofMaster software RIP based on a PDF workflow recording to ISO/FOGRA standard.

1984 I competed in the U.S. with trick photos made with a Forox camera. Raced in three classes, metallic, stars, outer space and won them all.

Leader writer at the English magazine Audio Visual wrote: “Forox European rostrum image competition. Images provided by the contests ́ equivalent of Carl Lewis – multiple winner Nils Gunnebro.

Nils Gunnebro won no less than 3 categories and
got an honorable mention as well”.

1970 I started my photo studio with IBM Svenska AB as the first customer, a collaboration that lasted for over 12 years.

1971 I started (for quality reasons) to develop all
my color film as I did until 1993.

1975 I was asked if I could help to develop “speaker support images” that were better looking than their competitors. A year later, I had developed a technology (Multiflex dia®) that made it possible from black and white originals produce colorful text and graphics images by making many different exposures with masks in a single frame.

1978, I developed an “in door masking system" which facilitated the work of producing selling images.
